Ingredients
  

Pork

  • 1 lb pork shoulder sliced

Marinade and Noodles

  • 0.25 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 0.25 cup fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Mix fish sauce and sugar, marinate pork for 30 minutes.
  • Cook noodles according to package, drain.
  • Grill pork slices for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Serve pork over noodles with mint and dipping sauce.
