Lamb

  • 1 lb lamb shoulder thinly sliced

Marinade

  • 0.25 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 onion grated

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt, paprika, cumin, and onion, marinate lamb for 1 hour.
  • Skewer lamb and grill for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Slice lamb thinly.
  • Serve in pita with tomatoes and yogurt sauce.
