Instructions
Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms for 8 minutes.
Add sage leaves and salt, cooking for 1 minute.
Toss tortellini in the mushroom mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Serve immediately.
