Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a bowl, sift flour and baking powder.
1.5 cup All-purpose flour,
1 tsp Baking powder
Beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
1 cup Granulated sugar,
4 Large eggs
Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool cake, then slice horizontally. Brush layers with coffee and liqueur mixture.
0.5 cup Strong coffee,
2 tbsp Coffee liqueur
Spread mascarpone between layers and on top. Chill for 1 hour.
