Instructions
Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and salt, form into meatballs.
Brown meatballs in a skillet, remove.
Add broth and cream to skillet, simmer for 10 minutes.
Return meatballs to sauce, cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with lingonberry jam and mashed potatoes.
