Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into the halved mini bell peppers.
Arrange stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes until peppers are tender and filling is bubbly.
Serve warm.
