Peppers

  • 12 mini bell peppers halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp chives chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into the halved mini bell peppers.
  • Arrange stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until peppers are tender and filling is bubbly.
  • Serve warm.
