Dip

  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
