Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Butter softened
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Brewed chai tea cooled
  • 1 tsp Cardamom
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger ground
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch cake pan.
  • Sift flour, cardamom, ginger, and baking powder together.
    1.5 cup All-purpose flour, 1 tsp Cardamom, 0.5 tsp Ginger, 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Cream butter, sugar, and eggs, then add chai tea.
    1 cup Brown sugar, 0.5 cup Butter, 2 Large eggs, 0.5 cup Brewed chai tea
  • Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Cool and dust with powdered sugar or frost with chai buttercream.
