Instructions
Boil a pot of water with salt.
Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
Drain shrimp and transfer to an ice bath to cool.
Mix ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Arrange chilled shrimp on a platter and serve with cocktail sauce.
