Ingredients
  

Beef

  • 1.5 lb flank steak

Sauce

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 0.25 cup green olives
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions
 

  • Boil flank steak in water for 1 hour, then shred.
  • Sauté onion and bell pepper in a pot until soft.
  • Add tomato sauce, cumin, olives, and shredded beef, simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with rice and black beans.
