Instructions
Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage until browned, about 5 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add garlic and apple, cooking for 5 minutes until apples soften.
Toss rigatoni with sausage mixture and serve with grated Parmesan.
