Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and eggs in a bowl.
Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda. Stir until combined.
Pour batter into the loaf pan.
Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool before slicing and serving.
