Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • 1 cup water lukewarm
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Pizza Toppings

  • 1 cup white sauce e.g., Alfredo or béchamel
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 slices prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 1 cup arugula fresh
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese shaved

Instructions
 

  • Combine the water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Rest for 5 minutes.
  • Combine the flour and salt.
  • Add the yeast mixture and knead until you get a soft ball.
  • Place in a bowl and cover. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough and form pizzas.
  • Spread white sauce over the dough, add mozzarella cheese, and cook for 12 minutes on the pizza stone. After baking, top with prosciutto, arugula, and shaved parmesan.
