  • 1.5 lb chicken breast sliced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes 14 oz

Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 garlic clove minced

Instructions
 

  • Brown chicken in olive oil, remove.
  • Sauté garlic, add tomatoes and oregano, simmer 10 minutes.
  • Return chicken, cook for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with crusty bread.
