Main

  • 1 lb ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Topping

  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 slice provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onion in olive oil until soft.
  • Add steak, cook until browned, 5 minutes.
  • Top with cheese, melt, place in rolls.
  • Serve with fries.
