Ingredients
  

Main

  • 1 lb sirloin steak sliced
  • 2 potatoes cut into fries

Sauce and Vegetables

  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Fry potatoes until crispy, set aside.
  • Stir-fry beef in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes, remove.
  • Sauté onion and bell pepper, add soy sauce and vinegar.
  • Return beef and fries to pan, toss together.
  • Serve with rice.
