Instructions
Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add pumpkin puree, heavy cream, nutmeg, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Toss penne in the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Serve immediately.
