Instructions
Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
Add crushed tomatoes and salt, simmering for 15 minutes.
Toss penne in the sauce and serve with grated Parmesan.
