Ingredients
  

Custard

  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water.
  • Heat cream with sugar and vanilla until warm, stir in gelatin.
  • Pour into molds, chill for 4 hours.
  • Top with berries and serve.
