Instructions
Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook orecchiette according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage until browned, about 5 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add garlic, kale, and red pepper flakes, cooking for 5 minutes until kale is wilted.
Toss orecchiette with sausage mixture and serve with grated Parmesan.
