Instructions
Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook orecchiette according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Blanch broccoli rabe in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
Add broccoli rabe and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
Toss orecchiette with broccoli rabe mixture, sprinkle with Parmesan, and serve.
