Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch cake pan.
Sift flour and baking powder together.
1.5 cup All-purpose flour,
1 tsp Baking powder
Whisk eggs, sugar, olive oil, orange juice, and zest until smooth.
1 cup Granulated sugar,
0.5 cup Olive oil,
3 Large eggs,
0.25 cup Orange juice,
1 tbsp Orange zest
Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
