Ingredients
  

Main

  • 1.5 lb lamb shoulder cubed
  • 0.5 cup dried apricots

Spices and Base

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup almonds sliced

Instructions
 

  • Brown lamb in a pot, remove and set aside.
  • Sauté onion with cumin and cinnamon until soft.
  • Add lamb, apricots, and 2 cups water, simmer for 2 hours.
  • Stir in almonds and serve with couscous.
