Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp Matcha powder culinary grade
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Butter melted
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch cake pan.
  • Sift flour, matcha powder, and baking powder together in a bowl.
    1.5 cup All-purpose flour, 2 tbsp Matcha powder, 1 tsp Baking powder
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale. Add melted butter and milk.
    1 cup Granulated sugar, 3 Large eggs, 0.5 cup Butter, 0.5 cup Milk
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Cool and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
