Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch cake pan.
Sift flour, matcha powder, and baking powder together in a bowl.
1.5 cup All-purpose flour,
2 tbsp Matcha powder,
1 tsp Baking powder
In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale. Add melted butter and milk.
1 cup Granulated sugar,
3 Large eggs,
0.5 cup Butter,
0.5 cup Milk
Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Cool and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
