Squash

  • 2 acorn squash halved and seeded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut acorn squash into wedges and toss with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  • Serve warm.
