Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
Sift flour and baking powder together.
2 cup All-purpose flour,
1 tsp Baking powder
Whisk eggs, sugar, mango puree, and butter until smooth.
1.5 cup Granulated sugar,
0.5 cup Mango puree,
3 Large eggs,
0.5 cup Butter
Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Cool and spread passionfruit curd between layers.
0.25 cup Passionfruit juice
Top with whipped cream and fresh mango slices.
