Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Sauce

  • 0.25 cup gochujang paste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  • Arrange wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  • Mix gochujang paste, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Toss baked wings in the sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
