Beef

  • 1 lb sirloin steak thinly sliced

Marinade

  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 onion sliced

Instructions
 

  • Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and onion for marinade.
  • Marinate beef for 30 minutes.
  • Grill beef slices on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Serve with rice and kimchi.
