  • 1 lb pork tenderloin sliced thin
  • 4 slice prosciutto

Filling

  • 4 oz mozzarella sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup white wine

Instructions
 

  • Pound pork slices thin, layer with prosciutto and mozzarella.
  • Roll and secure with toothpicks.
  • Heat olive oil, sear rolls, add wine, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes.
