Ingredients
  

Hummus

  • 1 can chickpeas 15 oz, drained and rinsed
  • 0.25 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Veggies

  • 2 carrots cut into sticks
  • 2 cucumbers cut into sticks

Instructions
 

  • Blend chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
  • Transfer hummus to a serving bowl.
  • Arrange carrot and cucumber sticks around the hummus.
  • Serve immediately.
