Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Add crushed tomatoes, simmer for 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
Boil gnocchi in salted water until they float, about 2-3 minutes, then drain.
Stir basil into the tomato sauce, then toss gnocchi in the sauce.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
