Instructions
Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook fusilli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté zucchini for 5 minutes until tender.
Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt to the skillet.
Toss fusilli with zucchini mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Serve immediately.
