Instructions
Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook fusilli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Blend roasted red peppers, garlic, and salt in a blender until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add blended sauce and heavy cream.
Simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
Toss fusilli in the sauce and serve with grated Parmesan.
