Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 oz fusilli pasta
  • 1 tbsp salt for pasta water

Sauce

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook fusilli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add apple cider and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream, cinnamon, and salt. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Toss fusilli in the sauce and serve immediately.
