Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1.5 lb chicken thighs

Sauce

  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 0.25 cup mushrooms sliced

Instructions
 

  • Brown chicken in a pot, remove.
  • Sauté onion and mushrooms until soft.
  • Add wine and broth, return chicken, simmer for 50 minutes.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes.
