Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp yeast

Topping

  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary chopped
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, yeast, and 1 cup water, knead into dough.
  • Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  • Spread dough in a pan, dimple with fingers, drizzle with olive oil and rosemary.
  • Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25 minutes, sprinkle with salt.
