Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 oz farfalle pasta
  • 1 tbsp salt for pasta water

Sauce

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 4 bacon slices chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt. Roast with bacon on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
  • Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook farfalle according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Toss farfalle with roasted Brussels sprouts and bacon.
  • Serve with grated Parmesan.

Notes
