Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt. Roast with bacon on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook farfalle according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Toss farfalle with roasted Brussels sprouts and bacon.
Serve with grated Parmesan.
