  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix crab, breadcrumbs, mayo, egg, and salt, form into patties.
  • Fry in olive oil until golden, 4 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Serve with remoulade and lemon wedges.
