  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 garlic clove minced

Instructions
 

  • Rub ribs with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.
  • Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 2 hours, covered.
  • Uncover, bake 10 more minutes to crisp.
  • Serve with coleslaw.
