Main

  • 2 lb rabbit cut into pieces
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes 14 oz

Base

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Brown rabbit in olive oil, remove.
  • Add tomatoes, wine, and rosemary, simmer 10 minutes.
  • Return rabbit, cook for 80 minutes.
  • Serve with polenta.
