Instructions
Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until browned; drain fat.
Add crushed tomatoes and basil to skillet, simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix ricotta, egg, and half the Parmesan in a bowl.
Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish; repeat layers.
Top with remaining Parmesan; bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
