Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh spinach

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add bell peppers, onions, and spinach; sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  • Pour egg mixture into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly over the vegetables.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes until edges are set, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Fold the omelet in half and cook for another 1–2 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Slide onto a plate and serve immediately.
