Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed

Sauce and Vegetables

  • 0.25 cup peanuts
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sichuan peppercorns

Instructions
 

  • Stir-fry chicken in a wok until cooked, remove.
  • Sauté bell pepper and peppercorns for 2 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce and peanuts, return chicken, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with rice.
