  • 1.5 lb chicken thighs

Sauce

  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup white vinegar
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions
 

  • Brown chicken thighs in a pot.
  • Add onion, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and bay leaf.
  • Simmer for 40 minutes until chicken is tender.
  • Serve with steamed rice.
