Instructions
Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook cavatappi according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage until browned, about 5 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add bell peppers and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
Stir in marinara sauce and salt, simmering for 5 minutes.
Toss cavatappi in the sauce and serve with grated Parmesan.
