Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
2 cup All-purpose flour,
1 tsp Cinnamon,
1 tsp Baking powder
In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and oil until smooth. Add carrots.
1.5 cup Brown sugar,
2 cup Grated carrots,
3 Large eggs,
0.75 cup Vegetable oil
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in walnuts.
0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
Pour batter into pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
