Carrot Cake with Walnuts

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup All-purpose flour sifted
  • 1.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 cup Grated carrots
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts toasted
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 0.75 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.

  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and oil until smooth. Add carrots.
    1.5 cup Brown sugar, 2 cup Grated carrots, 3 Large eggs, 0.75 cup Vegetable oil
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in walnuts.
    0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
  • Pour batter into pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
