Main

  • 2 lb beef roast
  • 2 cup Barolo wine

Base

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 carrot chopped

Instructions
 

  • Brown beef in olive oil, remove.
  • Sauté onion and carrot, add wine.
  • Return beef, braise at 325°F (165°C) for 3 hours.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes.
