  • 1 lb veal shank

Salsa Verde

  • 0.5 cup parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp capers

Instructions
 

  • Boil beef and veal in water with salt for 3 hours.
  • Mix parsley, olive oil, and capers for salsa verde.
  • Slice meats thinly, serve with salsa verde.
  • Serve with boiled vegetables.
