  • 5 lb beef brisket
  • 2 tbsp paprika

Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Rub brisket with paprika, sugar, garlic powder, and pepper.
  • Smoke at 225°F (110°C) for 12 hours until tender.
  • Wrap in foil halfway through, rest for 1 hour.
  • Serve with BBQ sauce and pickles.
