Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 ripe bananas

Instructions
 

  • Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, combine milk, egg, melted butter, and mashed bananas.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry, stir until just combined.
  • Heat skillet over medium heat, grease lightly.
  • Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden.
